Shipping policy

We ship all over the world!! 

Your shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. The prices reflect as close as possible the postal service charges and we charge 1st or 2nd class postage depend on what postage you choose.   Usually we will post next working day via Royal Mail. 

Postal information
Purchase items on :
Monday to Thursday - order before 9pm and will post next working day.

Thursday after 9pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday place order - will post out in coming Monday.  

Orders placed outside of Europe and Ireland
Please contact us after you choose the products, we will email you an accurate shipping quote via courier service such as Royal Mail. 

Please note international orders may be subject to tax and duty fees, these are your responsibility and Unique Craft Supplies will not be held accountable for these. 

Special notice period about Covid-19 :
please be aware there may be delays due to busy time of the year, Royal Mail are working really hard but with a limited staff, so usual delivery time frames may be take longer than expected please bear that in mind when ordering from us.

Missing Parcel: 

For the standard delivery, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 14 working days have passed. Unique Craft Supplies will re-send your order at the company's expense and we will make a claim on your behalf. 

 

Refund and Refund: 

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 20-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email Heidi.uniquecraft@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
